Arcana Club does not guarantee the quality, availability, compliance, or results of the products or services offered by partners.

Any claim relating to a product or service provided by a partner must be addressed directly to that partner.

Arcana Club shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, delays, cancellations, failures of performance or disputes arising directly or indirectly from the services or products provided by a partner.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Arcana Club does not guarantee any economic, financial, commercial, professional, relational or personal result.

The information, recommendations, introductions, content, events, benefits or opportunities communicated within the Club are provided for informational purposes only.

Each member remains solely responsible for their decisions, purchases, investments, partnerships or commitments.

No particular result can be guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

Arcana Club provides services on an "as available" basis.

We are not liable for:

• indirect losses;
• interruption of services;
• third-party failures;
• data loss;
• force majeure events;
• financial losses;
• operating losses;
• loss of revenue;
• loss of opportunities;
• acts or omissions of third parties;
• cyberattacks;
• decisions made by members based on information, introductions or opportunities obtained through Arcana Club.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or performance of these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
